flower: from dream of 11/14 - 11/15

flower: from dream of 11/14 - 11/15

This drawing taken directly from a flower I drew in the following dream:

First part of dream Marzja was there telling me that she had been engaged to a copper snake. Later I fount out they were no longer engaged and then later, out in the yard on the north side of a house I found the snake in the grass.

At one point I was in a house. Under the cushions of a chair I found raw fish, and behind a stool a pane of solid glass rested against the wall at a slight angle. Under it, grass had begun to grow into the house, on the floor, and it was displacing the carpet little by little. I was the only one that noticed.

At some point I was in a large building which looked like a hotel or dorms. I went looking for a shower and they had none anywhere. Finally I found one in use. There was some blonde guy in there. He looked like some athletic type. He was taking a shower and I went in and took a shower. He was pretty friendly and just talked alot. His clothes were silver and black and white.

Some time in the dream a man in a black suit fell into an elephant's eyelid. The elephant seemed irritated and could not get him out, but was trying to act like it wasn't bothering him. The man was struggling to breath and to eject himself from the eye lid. Finally some men came and using some tools they were able to peel back the eye lid and pull the man out. Of course in reality a full grown man would never be trapped under an elephant's eyelid. I don't even know the proper structure of an elephant's eye. in the dream the eye had lids much like a human, but it was definitely an elephant.

So much more happened at this point and I've forgotten most of it.

At the end of the dream I was walking with some friends in a dark tunnel like structure - not tubular, but squarish in shape, but a long tunnel, w turns, sort of like being in a subway terminal. A Korean girl was there. She was eating a popsicle I think. She wore red and white clothes. She wanted us to take pictures of her. We were going to send her the files and then post them on flickr.

After this the dream was ending, but I turned around and walked back into this tunnel through a rusty metal door which I pushed open with the resolve it took to go back into that dream. At this point there had been some dark rumors from above that the there was something wrong inside the tunnel and the media was descending into the tunnel with all kinds of cameras and microphones. I walked up to a camerawoman knowing that she wanted to find a story. I saw them coming and rushed toward them. I grabbed a piece of metal about the size and shape of an ipod and with a yellow marker I was able to draw a thick lined flower on it. First I drew a circle and then drew the radiating petals. Then as the journalists approached I drew a long stem and two leaves, one on the right, and one on the left. I walked up and thrust the drawing into her camera and projected a thought toward her that everything was O.K. here. Then I disappeared. All the journalists wanted to know what I had stuck in her camera and so the story became a story about the flower instead of terror. Later I think people posted this flower on youtube and flickr. All different variations of it.

Here is my version of a low-tech garage locator device, very low tech. It consists of a piece of carpet, a 4x4 board and some roofing nails. The carpet was one of those samples you can buy at a flooring store. I seem to remember that I paid $1.00 for it. The wood and nails I had left over from a repair job I did at home.
All you do is nail the board to the carpet using the roofing nails which have a very large head to help keep the rug attached.
Then just lay the whole thing on the garage floor at the position that stops your car where you want it to stop. Once you fine this place I marked the floor with a big marker in case the stop gets kicked out of position when the car is not holding it down.
Next time you go to park you ease into your parking space and you will feel when the tire pushes against the wood stop. Perfect stop ever time without batteries to wear out and need replacing. I thick I've had this stop in place for over 12 years and I haven't replaced a battery yet.
